We’ve found our place!
After a long search, we’ve finally found our home in the small village of Östra Löa, surrounded by the peaceful nature of Sweden.
Encircled by forests, lakes, and calm, we are slowly building our dream
a place to live, to create, and to share.
We are Jesca, Rens, Benthe, and Lauren — a family that decided to leave the Netherlands behind and start a new life in Sweden.
We longed for more peace, simplicity, and connection with nature a life lived closer to who we are and the world around us.
Here in Östra Löa, we’ve found that place.
A property full of possibilities, space to build, and a landscape that inspires us every single day.
We’ve started renovating our home and the adjacent building.The first guest accommodations are slowly taking shape, and outside we’re creating a space where sport, relaxation, and nature come together.
Every day is different sometimes we’re painting, sometimes building, and often we just pause for a moment to take in the view.In the coming months, we’ll continue developing Norra Vilan into a place that others can enjoy too, a place to escape daily life, to move, and to recharge.
Our Plans Include:
Three guest rooms (open all year)
Three camper spots (summer season)
Sports facilities
Access to hiking and cycling trails, lakes, and forests
A sauna, ice bath, and campfire evenings under the stars
Here, we want to offer guests a chance to step away from the rush and experience the real Sweden, a safe and supportive environment, especially for people with backgrounds in healthcare, police, firefighting, or other high-stress professions.
Östra Löa is a small, historic village in the municipality of Lindesberg.
A place with character, kind people, and beautiful surroundings full of forests, lakes, and old farmhouses.
Here, we’ve found not just a house but a home.
